Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Conduct legal research on Singaporean corporate law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters
- Support compliance initiatives for blockchain technology operations across jurisdictions
- Manage corporate governance documentation including board minutes and shareholder communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely legal guidance on business initiatives
- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes affecting the cryptocurrency industry
- Assist in maintaining legal databases and managing intellectual property portfolios
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university with strong academic performance
- Admission to Singapore Bar or eligibility for admission within 6 months
- Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Prior internship or exposure to corporate law or technology sector preferred
- Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations a plus
