Are you a detail-oriented legal professional looking to make an impact in the fast-paced world of fintech? Prima Vista Solutions is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the financial technology sector, ensuring that our operations remain compliant while fostering business growth.
As our Legal Associate, you will be the backbone of our legal and compliance department. You will work closely with stakeholders to mitigate risk, streamline contract lifecycle management, and stay ahead of evolving financial regulations in Indonesia. We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
- Ensure full compliance with OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), BI (Bank Indonesia), and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Provide expert legal advice to internal departments regarding operational activities, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update corporate licenses, permits, and regulatory filings to ensure constant legal standing.
- Conduct deep-dive research into local and international financial laws to provide actionable compliance recommendations.
- Assist in the management of legal disputes and collaborate with external counsel when required.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies, training programs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (SH) from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional legal experience, preferably in a law firm or as an in-house counsel within the Fintech, Banking, or Startup sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, fintech regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide clear business solutions.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
