- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on corporate compliance and regulatory matters
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for case preparation

- Manage case files, maintain accurate legal documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar with active license
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory role
- Exceptional drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Strong client communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid environments
