Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize legal files, contracts, and compliance records with high accuracy.
  • Draft, review, and edit standard legal correspondence and internal memos.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory changes to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Coordinate with external counsel and internal departments to facilitate legal processes.
  • Prepare and summarize legal reports and presentations for management review.
  • Perform legal research on specific cases, precedents, or jurisdictional requirements.
  • Handle general administrative duties to support the Legal and Compliance department efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent administrative experience).
  • Previous experience in a legal or compliance administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and confidentiality protocols is a plus.
