Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal contracts and agreements to protect company interests.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws, corporate regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all company documentation, including filing and archiving.
- Conduct daily operational risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential legal vulnerabilities.
- Monitor legislative updates and industry trends to advise management on necessary policy changes.
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments on various business matters.
- Assist in internal audits and prepare comprehensive legal reports for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Proven experience in legal compliance, contract management, or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal frameworks, specifically Labor Law and Business Regulations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical judgment and professional integrity.
