You'll develop and implement robust compliance frameworks, conduct thorough audits, and provide strategic legal counsel to safeguard our operations in Indonesia's dynamic insurance landscape. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with department heads to align legal and compliance initiatives with business objectives, ensuring adherence to OJK regulations and international insurance standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Indonesian insurance law, regulatory reporting, and risk management to drive continuous improvement in our compliance culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with OJK regulations and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify legal vulnerabilities in insurance operations
- Provide strategic legal counsel on contracts, claims, and corporate governance matters
- Manage regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission to authorities
- Train employees on compliance policies and legal requirements
- Monitor legislative changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
- Lead investigations into compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex regulatory matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with strong focus on commercial/insurance law
- Minimum 5 years experience in legal/compliance roles within insurance sector
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) and insurance laws
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to regulatory details
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder training and reporting
- Experience managing regulatory audits and investigations
