Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret changes in local and international laws to ensure full corporate compliance.
- Manage and maintain all property-related legal documents, titles, and registration records.
- Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews to identify potential risks and gaps.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports and filings to government bodies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulators, and government agencies as required.
- Draft, review, and update internal company policies to align with legal standards.
- Assist in litigation management, dispute resolution, and contract review processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Juris Doctor) or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or real estate law.
- Strong understanding of Philippine business laws and local regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in legal research tools and documentation management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid professional license (e.g., Lawyer) is a significant advantage.
