Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret Indonesian/international regulatory developments affecting technology operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- Provide legal guidance to departments on regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Train employees on compliance protocols and ethical standards
- Document compliance activities and prepare regulatory reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in compliance/legal role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP) preferred
- Experience in technology sector highly desirable
