Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to Indonesian laws and regulations
- Conduct regular legal risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Review and draft contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact the company's operations
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and legal disputes
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and legal documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal compliance or corporate law
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business regulations and legal frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in contract review and legal documentation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus
