Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting company operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and internal control systems
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across departments
- Provide legal guidance to management on regulatory requirements and policy implementation
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed
- Train employees on compliance policies and regulatory updates
- Review contracts and business agreements for legal compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in legal compliance or corporate law
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP) highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
