Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth legal research on Philippine regulatory frameworks and industry-specific compliance requirements
- Prepare, review, and draft legal documents including contracts, corporate policies, and compliance reports
- Assist in litigation support by managing case documentation and coordinating with external legal counsel
- Monitor and implement changes in legislation affecting food safety, labor, and corporate governance
- Maintain organized legal databases and ensure proper documentation of all compliance activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to legal standards and ethical guidelines
- Conduct regular compliance audits and prepare summary reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal compliance or paralegal role within food manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Philippine legal databases
- Certification in Compliance Management or Corporate Governance (e.g., CCP) is advantageous
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to draft clear, precise legal documents
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance risks
- Experience with case management software and document control systems
- Knowledge of FDA, DOLE, and DTI regulations relevant to food industry operations
