- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on industry regulations, corporate policies, and compliance requirements
- Prepare, review, and draft legal documents including contracts, policies, and compliance reports
- Assist in managing legal cases, litigation preparation, and regulatory investigations
- Monitor and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local and international laws
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation for audit purposes
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting the food manufacturing sector
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal compliance or paralegal role
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Certification in compliance management or paralegal studies (preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry (advantageous)
