Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze legal/regulatory updates affecting business operations in Indonesia
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance gaps
- Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
- Ensure adherence to data protection, labor, and industry-specific regulations
- Document compliance activities and maintain audit trails
- Advise stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance or legal experience in Indonesian corporate environment
- Deep understanding of Indonesian commercial laws and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
- Experience developing compliance training programs
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CLE) preferred
- Proficiency in compliance management software
