Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze legal risks and draft/review legal documents including agreements and policies
- Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution proceedings
- Conduct legal research on emerging regulations and industry best practices
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for business operations and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and case records
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law from accredited university with minimum GPA 3.0
- Minimum 3 years experience in legal consulting or corporate law
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks
- Certified legal professional (Advokat) membership
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in legal research tools and document drafting
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
