Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and employment contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation, execution, and renewal to termination.
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to business stakeholders regarding risk assessment and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual disputes and drive business objectives.
- Monitor legislative changes and industry standards to update contract templates and policies.
- Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda for executive review.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all contractual activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice law in the Philippines (Bar Exam Passer).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management or in-house legal roles.
- Proven track record in complex contract negotiation and drafting.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
