Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to protect company interests.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, corporate regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Monitor and manage the status of corporate licenses, permits, and legal documentation for operational facilities.
- Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding ongoing operations, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of corporate legal documents and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory agencies as required.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact the company's business activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law, Land Law, and Labor Law.
- Possession of a valid Advocate license (PERADI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Willing to be based in Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
