Merdeka Copper Gold is seeking a dedicated Legal Corporate Senior Officer to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal guidance to support our corporate operations and ensure full compliance with national and international regulations.
As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, service contracts, and vendor agreements. You will play a key role in mitigating legal risks and ensuring that our business activities align with corporate governance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and counsel to management on corporate matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Ensure the company’s adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support strategic business decisions and risk management.
- Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
- Handle corporate secretarial duties and ensure proper documentation of board meetings and resolutions.
- Monitor changes in legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S1) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably within the mining, natural resources, or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Mineral and Coal Mining Law.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record in contract management, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal texts.
- High ethical standards, professional integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
