Tanggung Jawab
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies
- Manage corporate documentation, including maintaining statutory records and filings
- Advise on corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions as needed
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in corporate and commercial law
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management
- Support compliance initiatives across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a strong academic record
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law or legal advisory role
- Admitted to the Indonesian Bar (Advokat) is required
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
