Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and admission to the Singapore Bar (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or Attorney in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong command of construction law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and mitigate legal risks effectively.
