Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including construction, procurement, and service agreements
- Provide strategic legal advisory to internal departments on regulatory compliance and risk management
- Manage dispute resolution processes including litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies aligned with Malaysian legal requirements
- Conduct legal research on industry-specific regulations and precedents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while ensuring legal adherence
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and maintain legal documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with valid Malaysian Bar Council membership
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law
- Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation within construction/infrastructure sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts to business teams
- Certification in contract management or corporate law preferred
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems
