In this role, you will act as a key advisor to the management team, ensuring that the company operates within the bounds of the law while fostering a culture of compliance and risk mitigation. You will be involved in high-level contract negotiations, regulatory guidance, and corporate governance, making a significant impact on the company's strategic direction and reputation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to the management team on a wide range of legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including service contracts, NDAs, and supplier agreements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal company policies.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to advise on new regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, representing the company when required.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including board reporting and statutory filings.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's interests.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Attorney (Barpasser) in the Philippines.
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Minimum of [Number] years of post-admission experience, preferably in a multinational or corporate setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Corporate Law, Labor Law, and Commercial Law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
