- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, contracts, and compliance matters

Kualifikasi
- Admitted to the Singapore Bar with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law with strong academic credentials
- Proven expertise in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex legal matters with minimal supervision
- Experience working in multinational or corporate legal environments
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Singaporean legal framework
