- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements
- Advise on compliance with environmental laws and international regulations

- Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes

Kualifikasi
- LLB degree with admission to Malaysian Bar Council
- Minimum 5 years of corporate law experience
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills
- Expertise in environmental regulations and compliance
- Experience with international business law and cross-border transactions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems
