Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in law firm or in-house legal role
- Specialized expertise in construction industry legal frameworks
- Admission to Singapore Bar and current practicing certificate
- Proven contract negotiation and drafting abilities
- Strong understanding of Singapore construction regulations
- Experience handling construction disputes and claims
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
