Tanggung Jawab
- Advise the business on a wide range of commercial matters, including sales, supply chain, and distribution agreements.
- Oversee regulatory compliance for manufacturing operations across the SEA region, including labor, safety, and environmental laws.
- Manage dispute resolution processes and provide litigation support when necessary.
- Handle corporate secretarial duties, including board meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and vendor agreements.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- LLB degree and admission to the Singapore Bar or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a corporate or manufacturing legal environment.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial law, corporate governance, and employment law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team.
- Proactive problem-solver with a commercial, business-first approach to legal issues.
