We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (Night Shift) to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a permanent, hybrid work arrangement that provides the flexibility to work from home while contributing to our flagship projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that Arcadis operates within the legal frameworks of our diverse projects while safeguarding the company’s interests. You will serve as the primary legal advisor for the organization, ensuring that all night shift operations and corporate activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to the management team regarding night shift operations and general corporate matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding to mitigate legal risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, corporate regulations, and industry-specific standards.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support strategic business decisions and project developments.
- Oversee corporate governance matters and assist in the resolution of complex legal disputes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement robust compliance programs and internal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of post-bar experience in corporate law, contracts, or legal advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, contract law, and corporate governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts while maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
