Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advisory and support on corporate contracts, agreements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and implement effective Public Relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian laws, industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee crisis management protocols and handle media inquiries with professionalism and tact.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate legal risks within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to align legal policies with business objectives and public relations goals.
- Manage internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across all departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) with a focus on Corporate Law or Communication.
- Proven experience in a legal role, ideally combined with experience in Public Relations or Communications.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of media law, corporate compliance, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
