Tanggung Jawab
- Advise on contractual and legal matters related to Audit & Assurance and Tax & Legal services across SEA jurisdictions
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and service agreements
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance
- Collaborate with business units to develop practical legal solutions supporting strategic objectives
- Monitor and analyze legal developments affecting Deloitte's operations in Southeast Asia
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing litigation matters
- Conduct legal training sessions for staff on policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Qualified lawyer with Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar
- Minimum 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law or professional services
- Expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
