Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee financial reporting for legal entities within the Commodities and Global Markets division
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure proper structuring of legal entities
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or related field
- Experience with commodities trading or financial services industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in financial systems and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
