As we scale our operations rapidly across the region, we need a dedicated professional to safeguard our business interests, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage our growing portfolio of contracts and permits.

You will work closely with management to mitigate risks, handle licensing requirements, and provide sound legal counsel that enables us to expand with confidence. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including lease agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership deals.
- Oversee end-to-end permit processing and business licensing to ensure all Dikichi store locations are fully compliant with local and national regulations.
- Monitor changes in government legislation and industry standards to update company policies proactively.
- Provide reliable legal advice to internal departments to support day-to-day business operations and expansion strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital filing system for all legal documentation, permits, and corporate governance records.
- Manage external legal counsel and government agency relationships to resolve disputes or compliance issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports regarding the status of legal matters and regulatory compliance for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a legal department or law firm, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Business Law, contract law, and local licensing regulations in East Java.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
