Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on regulatory changes and precedents
- Advise management on compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent the company in liaising with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Manage legal documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support litigation preparation and dispute resolution processes
- Stay updated on evolving Malaysian and international legislation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
- Minimum 2-3 years of corporate legal experience
- Strong proficiency in contract drafting and legal analysis
- Excellent research and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders
- Proficiency with legal research databases and corporate software
