Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and compliance materials
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on Philippine and international regulations
- Support litigation preparation and case management documentation
- Manage legal databases and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
- Assist in developing internal policies and procedures for legal compliance
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Monitor legislative changes and assess potential business impacts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in international law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong knowledge of Philippine legal system and business regulations
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Paralegal (CP) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
