Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and review a high volume of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough legal research on local and international regulations relevant to the startup's operations.
- Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies to ensure full compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meeting preparations, minute taking, and shareholder communications.
- Maintain and organize legal files, registers, and compliance records to ensure easy access and audit readiness.
- Provide general legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a valid practicing certificate.
- Proven experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal in an international law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian corporate law, commercial practices, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
