Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on litigation matters and regulatory compliance matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and applicable laws regarding corporate governance.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and risk assessments for new business ventures and operations.
- Manage corporate disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Monitor legislative changes and communicate necessary adjustments to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement effective compliance programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and membership in the Malaysian Bar Council.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or Group Compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent drafting, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
