KPN Corp. is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team in Jakarta Selatan. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handsâon experience in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance within a fastâpaced telecommunications environment.
As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our senior lawyers, assisting with a variety of tasks that support the legal departmentâs dayâtoâday operations. You will have the chance to develop practical skills that are essential for a successful career in law.
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research on Indonesian regulations, drafting and reviewing contracts, performing due diligence on business transactions, and preparing legal memoranda. You will also attend internal meetings, help maintain legal files, and monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
This role is ideal for a current law student who is eager to apply classroom knowledge to realâworld scenarios, build a professional network, and contribute to the success of a leading tech company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on Indonesian laws, regulations, and case law relevant to the telecommunications industry.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and amendments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other business initiatives.
- Prepare legal memoranda, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support the litigation team by organizing documents, tracking case deadlines, and assisting with case preparation.
- Maintain and update legal filing systems and databases to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and communicate updates to the legal team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) or Master of Law (M.H.) program at a recognized university in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal principles, civil law, and corporate law.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
- Good command of English (both written and oral) is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fastâpaced environment.
