Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on Indonesian laws, regulations, and case precedents
- Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and official correspondence
- Support litigation preparation through evidence gathering and document organization
- Participate in client meetings and legal consultations under supervision
- Manage and maintain confidential legal files and digital databases
- Prepare summaries of legal findings for senior attorneys' review
- Stay updated on evolving legal developments in Indonesia's commercial sector
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in final year of Law program OR recent graduate (within 6 months)
- Strong academic record with focus on commercial law or civil procedure
- Exceptional research and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Indonesian legal documentation standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and willingness to learn new skills
