Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, service agreements, and vendor documentation
- Conduct legal research on Indonesian corporate law, e-commerce regulations, and compliance standards
- Support intellectual property management including trademark and copyright monitoring
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting digital commerce and advise internal stakeholders
- Prepare legal opinions, memos, and compliance reports for the legal team
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed
- Maintain legal databases and document management systems
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (S.H./S.H.M)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal system and commercial regulations
- Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or technology law is advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
