KPN Corp. is a leading organization seeking a seasoned and strategic Legal License & Permit Division Head to lead our regulatory compliance and licensing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of permits and licenses, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining strict adherence to Indonesian regulations.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in Jakarta and across Indonesia. You will act as the primary liaison between KPN Corp. and various government bodies, proactively managing risks and ensuring that all corporate activities are fully compliant with legal frameworks. We are looking for an analytical thinker with a proven track record in complex legal environments who can lead a team to deliver operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for obtaining and maintaining corporate business licenses and operational permits.
- Lead and mentor the licensing team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
- Serve as the key point of contact for interactions with government ministries, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular legal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with environmental, operational, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proactively monitor legislative changes and update corporate policies to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Represent the company in legal discussions and negotiations related to permit acquisitions.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management regarding the status of all corporate licenses and potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (SH/MH) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in legal affairs, specifically focusing on corporate licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to navigate Indonesian government administrative systems and regulatory bodies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing medium-to-large sized teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, analytical capability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Omnibus Law and sectoral specific regulations.
