As a key member of our legal department, you will represent PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk before the District Court and High Court throughout the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Represent PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk before District Courts and High Courts across Indonesia
- Develop comprehensive litigation strategies for commercial disputes
- Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation cases
- Liaise with external counsel and coordinate legal proceedings
- Monitor court decisions and legal developments affecting the bank
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on litigation matters
- Maintain accurate records of all litigation activities and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Law degree (S.H.) from a reputable Indonesian university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Admitted to the Indonesian Bar (Advokat)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and court procedures
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in legal research tools and documentation software
