Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day legal operations and contract management for fintech products
- Lead litigation processes from case assessment through resolution
- Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations and OJK directives
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and compliance programs
- Advise on data privacy, KYC/AML, and fintech-specific regulations
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with product teams on legal risk assessment for new initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree from accredited university with minimum GPA 3.0
- 3+ years experience in legal/litigation roles, preferably in fintech
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, Bank Indonesia)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal frameworks
- Proven litigation management and contract negotiation experience
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Indonesian court procedures
- Certified compliance professional (e.g., CCEP) highly desirable
