Pamitra Jaya Konstruksi is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Legal Manager to join our dynamic team in Sidoarjo. As we continue to lead major construction projects, your expertise will be vital in safeguarding our operations, managing complex contracts, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and procurement contracts (EPC) to protect company interests.
- Provide expert legal counsel to the Board of Directors on corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage external counsel and represent the company in potential litigation or dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure full adherence to Indonesian construction laws, environmental regulations, and land acquisition permits.
- Oversee the preparation of legal documentation for corporate actions, joint ventures, and consortium agreements.
- Conduct legal audits to identify operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and update the company’s legal database and statutory permit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum); Master’s degree (LL.M or M.H.) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the Construction, Infrastructure, or EPC sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Contract Law, Land Law, and Construction Services regulations.
- Proven track record in managing high-value contract negotiations and complex dispute resolution.
- Advocate license (PERADI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (professional proficiency).
- Strong analytical thinking, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
