Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive legal policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian business regulations
- Manage contract lifecycle for client agreements, vendor partnerships, and internal policies
- Advise on advertising law, data privacy, and intellectual property matters
- Represent the company in regulatory interactions and dispute resolution proceedings
- Oversee litigation management and external legal counsel relationships
- Conduct risk assessments for new market entries and advertising campaigns
- Maintain legal documentation and ensure organizational alignment with regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Law with 5+ years of legal management experience
- Admitted to Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi) with active license
- Expertise in Indonesian commercial law, advertising regulations, and data privacy
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and risk mitigation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex legal concepts
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience managing legal teams and external counsel
