We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Manager to join our dynamic team at Betterplace Property Management and Real Estate in Badung, Bali. As a key member of our leadership, you will ensure organizational compliance with Indonesian labor laws, mitigate legal risks, and spearhead contract drafting and negotiation processes. This strategic role requires proactive legal guidance to support our growing real estate operations while maintaining regulatory integrity. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to develop robust legal frameworks, manage corporate governance, and represent the organization in legal matters. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across all business operations
- Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and management for property agreements
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and dispute resolutions
- Advise management on legal implications of business decisions
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) with Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of legal management experience in real estate/property sector
- Active membership in Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI)
- Expertise in Indonesian labor laws and property regulations
- Proven contract negotiation and drafting capabilities
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
