You'll orchestrate seamless coordination with external stakeholders including government agencies, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee corporate licensing and permit management for operational continuity
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian commercial and industrial regulations
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities
- Develop and implement legal compliance frameworks
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Manage legal documentation and corporate records
- Advise management on regulatory changes and legal implications
- Conduct internal legal audits and risk assessments
Kualifikasi
- S1 Law degree from accredited university with strong academic record
- Minimum 5 years legal management experience in manufacturing sector
- Deep expertise in Indonesian commercial and regulatory law
- Proven track record in permit licensing and compliance
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Certified legal professional (Advokat) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
