Tanggung Jawab
- Advise on commercial transactions, contracts, and agreements to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests
- Manage regulatory compliance for manufacturing operations, including environmental, safety, and labor laws
- Oversee corporate governance matters, board communications, and shareholder agreements
- Represent the company in legal disputes, negotiations, and external communications
- Develop and implement legal policies, risk management frameworks, and compliance protocols
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on changes in Indonesian business regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues in procurement, IP, and operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with S.H. qualification, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience with 3+ years in manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law, corporate regulations, and compliance standards
- Admitted to Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) with active license
- Proven track record in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Experience managing legal risks in manufacturing environments and supply chains
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and regulatory monitoring systems
