As our Legal Manager, you will serve as the primary legal advisor, ensuring all corporate operations adhere to Indonesian property law and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for mitigating legal risks, drafting complex commercial agreements, and managing our internal and external legal portfolios with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various internal and external corporate agreements, including land acquisition, construction contracts, and joint ventures.
- Ensure full legal compliance for all property development projects with local and national regulations.
- Manage corporate legal documentation, licensing, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Provide expert legal counsel to the management team regarding risk mitigation in property transactions.
- Oversee litigation processes and represent the company in legal matters as necessary.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels, notaries, and government authorities to expedite project operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of company legal records and ensure timely renewals of permits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law; Master’s degree (S2) is considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a corporate legal role, specifically within the property or real estate industry.
- Possession of a valid Advocate license (PERADI) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Property Law, Land Law (Agraria), and Corporate Law.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage legal risks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
