Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and review business contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests
- Handle investor relations matters and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments on complex business matters
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in relevant legislation
- Assist in dispute resolution and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary
- Develop and implement legal compliance programs and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law or legal compliance
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business laws and regulations
- Excellent contract drafting and review skills
- Experience in handling investor relations matters
- Certified Legal Professional (Advokat) qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
