As our Legal Officer, you will take ownership of managing essential legal documents, securing operational permits, and liaising with key external stakeholders, including government agencies and notaries. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our internal departments, providing sound legal guidance to mitigate risks and support the company's strategic goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, regional, and national laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality and property sector.
- Process, monitor, and renew essential business permits, operational licenses, and property documentation.
- Liaise effectively with external parties, including government officials, notaries, external legal counsel, and vendors.
- Provide proactive legal advice and strategic support to internal teams and management to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Identify potential legal risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, or negotiations when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a recognized university.
- Proven work experience as a Legal Officer, Legal Counsel, or similar role; experience in the hospitality or property management industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, property regulations, and licensing procedures.
- Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
