As our Legal Officer, you will work closely with various departments to interpret complex regulations, manage contractual agreements, and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate the legal landscape of the Philippine retail industry with precision and integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all legal affairs, including corporate compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide expert legal advice to management on operational risks and corporate policy formulation.
- Represent the company in administrative hearings, mediation, and coordination with external legal counsel.
- Maintain and organize company legal records, permits, and corporate filings.
- Monitor legislative updates to ensure business operations remain compliant with local and national laws.
- Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes across different departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar (Active Status).
- Proven experience in corporate law, preferably within a retail or commercial setting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, documentation, and contract management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple legal priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and corporate confidentiality.
