Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support company initiatives and risk management.
- Monitor and analyze new legislation, government regulations, and industry-specific statutes.
- Provide timely, accurate, and actionable legal advice to various departments within the company.
- Draft, review, and evaluate internal policies to ensure alignment with existing laws and jurisprudence.
- Prepare legal memoranda and reports for the Legal Department and senior management.
- Assist in the management of corporate filings, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Support the Legal Department during audits, inquiries, or internal investigations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar (Bar Passer).
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to interpret complex statutes and translate them into practical business advice.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong moral character and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
